We are trying to build a first case in CESM2.1.3 to our new supercomputer FinisTerrae3, at the Galician Supercomputing Centre. When running the case.build before running the case, it is not able to connect to download the files it needs. We suspect it may be a problem of our access being limited. Do you have any suggestions?
