Hello, I am trying to perform the "A basic example" example from the CESM 1.2manual(http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/cesm/doc/usersguide/c1868.html#use_case_basic)on the machine corip1 (cori.nersc.gov). I have run steps (1) and (2). The only thing I changedwas the -mach argument to create_newcase from "yellowstone" to"corip1". On step 3, I ran EXAMPLE_CASE/create_production_test, which producedthis output: Creating test EXAMPLE_CASE_ERT Test specifier ERT will overwrite env variable definitions. Locking file /global/cscratch1/sd/twhilton/EXAMPLE_CASE_ERT/env_case.xml Successfully created new case /global/cscratch1/sd/twhilton/EXAMPLE_CASE_ERT from clone case /global/cscratch1/sd/twhilton/EXAMPLE_CASE GENERATE_BASELINE: Undefined variable. This seems similar to the problem described here: http://bb.cgd.ucar.edu/exact-restart-test-using-createproductiontest-errorAccording to that thread the bug was fixed for CESM 1_3_beta12. Is the fix available in any current release? Thanks!Tim
