This error message does not seem helpful; however, your logfile indicates that the process works until it attempts to create this mapping file:
map_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_to_0.1x0.1_Sunan_HGM_nomask_aave_da_c230730.nc
My intuition tells me that your process may be running out of memory due to the high resolution of the 1-km input grid. Please discuss your options with a system administrator for the computer that you are using.
