Creating solar input and solar parms file

I am working to run a set of 4 WACCM simulations, each of 200 years in length. I downloaded the generic Lean solar spectral file from 1950-2012 and working to create a similar data file for my runs using the last 4 solar cycles repeating. I am creating the netcdf file correctly, however I am unsure what certain variables are and how I can modify them for my dataset.I am not sure what the variable "ref_time_bound" is and how I could modify it for my 200-yr dataset. Is this variable required for waccm to run? What are ssi_ref and tsi_ref? I understand they are average values of tsi and ssi but how would could I change this for my dataset?Am I correct that I need to create a 200-yr daily dataset of a solar_parms_file with f107, Ap, and Kp? If so, is there a solar_parms_file that I can reference that goes from 1950-2012 so I can get the f017, Ap, and Kp for my dataset?
