CTSM simulation: inputdata root is not a directory

Dear CESM scientist,

I conda environment I create disappeared due to unknown reason. Then, I create a new conda environment, and tried to setup a simulation :
./run_tower --neon-sites ABBY --output-root /glade/u/home/yanc/CTSM/tools/site_and_regional/path/to/simulation/test0523 --overwrite --experiment ABBY --run-type ad --setup-only
It shows an error as below. Before, the above code works to setup the simulation. And I cannot access to the folder.

UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE NOTIFICATION

At approximately 8:10 PM a file system issue caused the GLADE home, work, and campaign file systems to go offline. Jobs on Casper and Derecho requiring access to these file systems were likely affected and may need to be resubmitted as a result. CISL staff are currently running file system integrity checks and working to remount the affected file systems. There is currently no ETA for the completion of this work, but we will update the notifier when the issue is resolved, or with an ETA for resolution when it becomes available.
