Density variable in CMIP6 CESM2

Hi all,

I found there is no potential density variable in CESM2 in CMIP6. However, there is usually a variable called PD for potential density in our CESM simulation output. Alternatively, is this usually the case that one computes potential density from potential temperature and salinity using the NCL function rho_mwjf?
