There is a standard set of NCL/CSH scripts to produce some diagnostic plots from the CICE history output. I will generally try to keep this up to date on the release repository at:
I will also have a version available in my home directory on cheyenne at:
/glade/u/home/dbailey/ice_diag_trunk
I also have a version that uses the Swift language to run in parallel. This is still in the testing phase and I have not committed that to the repository yet. However, if you would like to try it out, it is available also in my home directory on cheyenne at:
/glade/u/home/dbailey/ice_diag_swift
