Hi all,
I have a general question related to carbon fluxes in CLM5: I am running regional simulations with CLM5-SP mode - running in BGC mode is currently not possible due to computational constraints of a long spin-up. I am using FPSN for GPP, but would also like to obtain at least a proxy for total ecosystem carbon. From the code it's clear that this is only calculated in bgc mode, do you have any recommendations how to obtain such output with satellite phenology mode?
