Element 'config_batch': Missing child element(s). when switch cime version

Hi, all

I installed clm5.0 on Archer2, i works well, in this version, the default version of cime is cime5.6.39. It workes well.
But when I change cime5.6.39 to cime5.7.9, other settings keep the same. When create new case, the error appear:

WARNING: No cesm Model version found.
Batch_system_type is slurm
ERROR: Command: '/usr/bin/xmllint --xinclude --noout --schema /mnt/lustre/a2fs-work2/work/n02/n02/ruxu/cesm/CESM2.1.3/clm-palm/cime/config/xml_schemas/config_batch.xsd /mnt/lustre/a2fs-work2/work/n02/n02/ruxu/cesm/CESM2.1.3/clm-palm/cime/config/cesm/machines/config_batch.xml' failed with error 'b"/mnt/lustre/a2fs-work2/work/n02/n02/ruxu/cesm/CESM2.1.3/clm-palm/cime/config/cesm/machines/config_batch.xml:2: element config_batch: Schemas validity error : Element 'config_batch': Missing child element(s). Why would you do that? cime5.7.9 is not compatible with cesm2.1.3.

Ignore the CESM2.1.3, i just give it the name. What I install is CLM5.0 (not CESM2.1.3), do you have any ideas of
why that happens, is that also because of CLM5.0 is not compatible with cime5.7.9?

I now success create_newcase by useing the config_batch.xml file from cime5.7.9.
