ERROR "BUILDLIB.MCT FAILED" when compiling CESM_1.2.2

Hi Jedwards,After I switched to the mpich2_intel/13.1 and netcdf/4.2 which was built under the same ifort compiler, the errors are gone. Thanks for your help!
