ERROR: component_mod:check_fields NaN found in ATM instance: 1 field Sa_u 1d global index: 1

Hi
I am running single point CLM with my own forcing data. My case was running without problems until I extended my forcing data backwards. Now I get following error message when submitting my case:

ERROR: component_mod:check_fields NaN found in ATM instance: 1 field Sa_u 1d global index: 1

Can somebody tell what this means? Especially I am interested in what Sa_u means?

Sa_u is the zonal wind, so maybe you have a NaN in your wind field in your atmospheric forcing file.
