Dear scientists of NCAR

I use the CMFD as forcing data to drive CLM5.0, and datamode = "CLMNCEP". Since the CMFD only mask China region, I use this mask to remove the outside region of surface data. However, when I submit the case, it error with the information as follow:

ERROR: component_mod:check_fields NaN found in ATM instance: 1 field Sa_u 1d global index: 141
ERROR: component_mod:check_fields NaN found in ATM instance: 1 field Sa_u 1d global index: 561

Could you guide this question?

I will appreciate any help from you. Thanks in advance.

Hi, the question had been solved. I should have filled the Nan of forcing data with the missing values. Thanks a lot.
