Hello,I spent several days on solving this problem, but it is still hanging.

Could anyboby help me?

I find all nc files' time of inputdata is strickly increasing, and there is no time like 00030592.

When I run the command ./case.submit, issue logs and time read as following.

I suppose this could be a problem with the time coordinate in the next stream file (not the TPQWL).
Can you check the time coordinate of the file being pointed to by datm.streams.txt.presaero.clim_2000?

Thank you very much.

The filePath and fileName of datm.streams.txt.presaero.clim_2000 is
/cesm/inputdata/atm/cam/chem/trop_mozart_aero/aero/aerosoldep_WACCM.ensmean_monthly_hist_1849-2015_0.9x1.25_CMIP6_c180926.nc.

I find time is strickly increasing except NaN value.

There shouldn't be any NaNs in that file. Is the NaN causing your problem? If so, did you try downloading that file again, sometimes files can get corrupted?
