Error for tests porting cesm2.1.3-rc.01-0-g0596a97

Hi everybody,
We are trying to port CESM2.1.3 to our new supercomputer FinisTerrae3, at the Galician Supercomputing Centre. We had ported in the past previous WACCM versions to previous supercomputers here, largely similar.

We are trying to configure everything (the config_machines, etc.) and when running scripts_regression_tests.py we find several errors. At the very beginning, it says:
test_CIMEXML_doctests (__main__.A_RunUnitTests) ... FAIL
test_CIME_doctests (__main__.A_RunUnitTests) ... FAIL

We would appreciate any advice on how to solve this, as we do not have a clear idea about why these tests fail.

You should use cesm2.1.4 for the latest in the 2.1.x series - it is climate compatible with 2.1.3. That said we have just discovered an issue that
will cause some reduced git functionality in 2.1.4 in January and will soon have a 2.1.5 tag available to fix that issue.

This error: 2000_DATM%QI/A_XLND_SICE_SOCN_XROF_XGLC_SWAV looks as if there is a problem with internationalization or something like that
you have I/A where it should be IA.
