Error in creating surface data

Hi all, I am using this command to create dataset for irrigation: ./mksurfdata.pl -crop -years 2000 -res 0.47x0.63 -dinlc /mnt/lustre/cas2/caspande/ipd and I am getting this error (showing just the arror section): ./mksurfdata_map < namelistsh: ./mksurfdata_map: No such file or directoryERROR in mksurfdata_map: 32512 Any idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

The mksurfdata_map executable needs to be built. See http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/clm/models/lnd/clm/doc/UsersGuide/c11242.html#tool_build for information on how to build the tools.
