Error in running CAM4

Hi,

I am using CAM4 since 0ne year on one particular machine. Now after the summer break I run the same experiment, which was running previously, and am getting the following error (part is copied from cam log file) in running the model. I test the model with a simple run and same error is there. This error says some NetCdf issue but I am not able to find it. I didn't change any thing in machine and also the input data is not changed.

Model compilation/building is fine. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Hi Siraj

What version of CAM4 are you running? Is there any chance that the netcdf libraries
were upgraded on the system over the summer?

Chris

Hi Chris,

I am using CAM4. I contacted the computer adminstrator and came to know that they changed the netcdf version in the system. I recompiled my code with new netcdf libraries and problem is solved.

Thanks
Siraj
