ERROR: nf_mod.F90 (MPI_ABORT)

Hello, I've been attempting to port CESM1_2_2 to my laptop (macbook pro).  pio_support::pio_die:: myrank=          -1 : ERROR: nf_mod.F90:        1229 : NETCDF not enabled in the build--------------------------------------------------------------------------MPI_ABORT was invoked on rank 0 in communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD with errorcode 1.
NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on exactly when Open MPI kills them.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
How do I correct this error?Thanks for any help!

There was an error in the pio build and the netcdf library was not linked.   Check the pio build log for the reason netcdf was not found.Perhaps you are missing the fortran part of the library?  libnetcdff.a

Thank you for your advice.I installed netcdf-fortran. libnetcdff.a exsits in /usr/local/lib I can't identify the problem by reading pio build log.I attach the pio build log. Please help me. Kunifuda Hiroki
