format of restart binary & netCDF2 file

Hi,

I will use the restart binary file of CESM1.0 to interpolate, but I have two troubles:

(1) I don't know the format of restart binary file, like b40.coup_carb.004.clm2.r.0351-01-01-00000. So I can not read it and rewrite it.

(2) Some restart files are written as netCDF2 format, like b40.coup_carb.004.cam2.r.0351-01-01-00000.nc. But I don't know how to use NCL write this kind of files.
