"forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred " with code that worked before

Hi,Recently I got the segmentation error when running the model.This exactly compiled code worked 2 month ago, but now it gives the error.The two log files are attached. the 160505 one is when the model run successfully, and the other did not.

The segmentation error basically appears in the first line of the ccsm log file.

I asked our HPC administrator, he said the file system was updated recently, but that should not affect the model run.

Any suggestions?

I compile the model in F componenet, in resolution f45_g37, it run successfullyBut it failed in f09_g16 resolution.model version cesm1.0.5ThanksWhat could cause this kind of failure?

Hi, did you solve this problem? Now I am also running the same model that works before, but now, the error "forrtl: severe (174)... , occured.
