gen_domain in release-cesm2.1.5 does not compile on Derecho

Hi,

I am running into the following problem when I try to run ./gen_domain after creating mapping files in CESM2:

Please verify that both the operating system and the processor support Intel(R) X87, CMOV, MMX, FXSAVE, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4_1, SSE4_2, MOVBE, POPCNT, F16C, AVX, FMA, BMI, LZCNT and AVX2 instructions.

How did you build gen_domain? Is it possible you built on casper and are now trying to run on derecho?

I did not build it properly. It is now functioning, after following the instructions in the INSTALL file. Thank you.
