Hi, I have general questions about the CLM input surface dataset, particularly those used in CLM4.5. It is mentioned in the user manual the base resolution of some surface data (PFT, Percent lake, lake depth, etc) is at 0.05 resolution. Is it possible to obtain this raw data and to re-grid them to the resolution I need for my local domain?

There is a CLM tool called mksurfdata_map that wlll take as input the surface data you mentioned and produced a surface dataset at your desired resolution:

All of the raw input data should be available in your inputdata location or will be downloaded as necessary.

There is a "-hirespft" option when running mksurdata.pl to get the 0.05 pft data.
