hourly run of the model

Hi everyone
I had a question. I want to run the model with FWsc2000climo compset and with f09_f09_mg17 resolution. My goal is to check the ozone hourly over a one month period. I ran the model as a test for three hours. I looked at the output of the model, but it is slightly different from the monthly output. I was a little confused. Which is the main output file? And why the outputs are not hourly?I expected the outputs to be hourly.
I would be grateful if you guided me through this.
