How does MOSART works in site simulation

Hi, Just started to understand MOSART in CLM5.0 latest release-clm5.0.32.

The site simulation with "--compset 2000_DATM%1PTGSWP3_CLM50%BGC_SICE_SOCN_MOSART_SGLC_SWAV" seems turning off MOSART. In the namelist file mosart_in, I see
do_rtm = .false.
do_rtmflood = .false.

and I do not see MOSART reading any files related to the hydrological dataset in mosart_in, namelist_infile & mosart.input.data_list!

I would like to understand how MOSART functions in site simulation. Is it that I should run the CLM5 for a larger spatial domain (eg. Scandinavia)? to understand the river flow?
I do not find any variable related to stream/channel flow (Q_in or Q_out) or river discharge in the default history fields. Is there a simple way to output those variables?
The variables QCHARGE, QFLOOD, VOLR, VOLRMCH are all zeros in the output.

Thanks in advance for any help to understand the above queries.

MOSART is off in single point simulations because the domain is arbitrary and there is no routing network. All of the variables related to stream/channel flow or river discharge would be on the MOSART history files. However, you could look at the CLM history field QRUNOFF to get total runoff for your site.
You would need to set up a basin-scale domain to look at river flow/discharge.

Thanks, Keith for the clarifications. I did'not realize the separate history files available for MOSART and will set-up basin-scale domain simulation. I have looked at QRUNOFF in the CLM history file and the values seem good.
