how to accelerate the model ?

I create a new case using "create_newcase -case Transit20 -compset B20TRC5 -mach xiao -res f09_g16"the CUP cores and some other stttings could be found in attachment.It is bad that the case runs very slowly. (Timing could also be found in attachment).Is any have some suggestions to accelerate the model?Thanks a lot.
