How to block output file except cam output to speed up the running?

Dear,

I am running WACCM using CESM 1_2_0 now. I only need the output files for atmosphere study. So I don't need the output files in CLM and others. Do you know how to block the other outputs so that I can speed up my running?

I don't know how to do this, and I doubt this would speed up the model significantly. If you look at the files in the timing subdirectory of your case directory, you will likely see that the other components run much faster than the atmosphere. Reducing WACCM output is more likely to speed things up.You might have more luck getting an answer by posting in the forums for the land model (and ocean model if you are running with an ocean).
