How to change output files. Only output selected fields

Hello , I have run some cases with BHIST compset. My cesm2 version is CESM2.2.0. When I want run 70 yrs and 10 members, I find my HPC memery is limited. I check the hist and find ocn output is to large. So I want to control the output variables. For example, I just want to output 'PV','TEMP','SALT','UVEL','VVEL', How can I control the output. I also find some recommendations that do not change the output fields. But I think I just control the output but not the model progress. So how can I solve the memery problem
