how to change the frequence of writing ic files

Hi!
The default frequence of writing ic files is yearly in SD-WACCM model. I want to change it to be monthly, how to do it? Thank you.
I also want the ic file for 2004-12-01 and corresponding restart files for land and sea-ice models. Thank you!

For monthly IC files, add this line to user_nl_cam in your case:inithist = "MONTHLY" I don't remember the other things, so I'll have to check.

We do not currently have IC files for SD in December 2004 with the released version of chemistry. Your best bet is to use the provided IC files, which are for January 1, 2005, but change the start date to January 1, 2004, and then run forward from there. The chemistry should spin up to what you want by the time it gets to December 1.
