Hi there,I am inquiring as to the best method to start a BG (e.g. B, plus active ice sheets) simulation, using component restarts from multiple different previous simulations. Specifically, CAM will restart from a state from one simulation, while all other components will restart from states obtained from another. The CAM restart files have a different case name and different dates than the other restart files. Thus, there is not a common RUN_REFDATE and RUN_REFNAME among all component restart files.As one approach, I could imagine adjusting the CAM restart files to reflect the case names / dates of the other files, so the system is 'fooled' into thinking the restarts are all from the same simulation. However, I suspect there is a more elegant way to do this. What would you suggest?Tips appreciated!
