How to include surface momentum flux corrections?

Hi all,

I would like to run CESM2 in fully coupled mode with additional climatological seasonal surface wind stress corrections (derived by using ERA5 wind stress minus model wind stress) that adjusts the model climatology. Could anyone provide suggestions on where is the proper part in the CESM2 to include the wind stress corrections? More information on how to apply such surface momentum flux corrections will be appreciated.
