how to interpolate the B grid to C grid

Hi,     I want to know if there is some program which can interpolate the B grid to C grid. the output data from CESM model is in B grid, but the code we have to calculate something is written for C grid.     I'll be very thankful if someone could give a replay for me.    Sincerely!                                                                            Qin Wen
