How to obtain the urfdata_0.125x0.125_16pfts_simyr2000_c151014.nc NETCDF file

Dear Scientist of NCAR

I want to download the high spatial resolution surface data named "surfdata_0.125x0.125_16pfts_simyr2000_c151014.nc", from https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/lnd/clm2/surfdata_map/

However, there only is log file, would you like to guide me how to obtain the netcdf file named "surfdata_0.125x0.125_16pfts_simyr2000_c151014.nc"？
In addition, the nc file may be very large due to the high spatial resolution. It is not realistic for me to re-produce because of my limited computer RAM.
