How to set pop history output?

Hi all,

I am running BSSP370cmip6 compset for the long term while I do not need pop history outputs. The pop tag is cesm_pop_2_1_20240202.

How to turn off POP output to save computing resources like below ?

echo "tavg_freq_opt= 'never' 'never' 'never' 'never' 'never'" >> user_nl_pop
echo "tavg_freq = 9999 9999 9999 9999 9999" >> user_nl_pop
echo "tavg_file_freq_opt= 'never' 'never' 'never' 'never' 'never'" >> user_nl_pop
echo "tavg_file_freq = 9999 9999 9999 9999 9999" >> user_nl_pop

But I am not quite sure. Thanks for any comments.
