How to turn off CICE output?

Hi all,
I am running with a compset:
2000_CAM60_CLM51%SP_CICE%PRES_DOCN%DOM_SROF_SGLC_SWAV.

However, I do not want to export cice history files. Does anyone know how to set them as empty? I followed Question about CESM output, where user_nl_cice configuration was not mentioned.
