How to turn off the mozart chemistry of WACCM4 in CESM1.0

I am running the CESM1.0 model with F component sets. I want to turn off the mozart chemistry; and fixed the CO2vmr and CH4vmr. Does have any simple way to reach this aim? Thanks.
