I am currently using CTSM5.3 on our lab's internal cluster server, and the compset I am working with is I2000Clm60FatesCrujraRs, which requires CRUJRA forcing data.
After successfully running create_newcase, case.setup, and case.build, I attempted to download the necessary input data using:
./check_input_data --download
While most required files were downloaded correctly, I noticed that the CRUJRA forcing data was not downloaded into the input data directory.
I confirmed that the CRUJRA files do exist at the following location:
However, both the check_input_data script and direct svn export attempts from this URL on our cluster have failed — the downloads do not proceed, and the temporary svn- log files keep growing without success.
Is there an official or recommended way to enable CTSM to access and use the CRUJRA forcing data required for this compset?
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the tremendous efforts and commitment of all the scientists.
