hybrid interpolation to pressure

To whom it may concern:

From the website (http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Built-in/vinth2p.shtml), I found vinth2p is the routine to interpolate from hybrid to pressure level. It says vinth2p is the exact routine used within the CCSM Processor. Could you please tell me where I can find CCSM code about vinth2p? Because I found the interpolation from vinth2p_ecmwf is quite similar to CAM4 output. I am not sure vinth2p was used in CAM 3 or it is still used in CAM4.

Thanks
