I can not find input data in the repository

Dear CESM Team, Tried to run a B_RCP4.5_WACCM_CN experiment, and when I build the case, it says: File status unknown: b40.1955-2005.2deg.wcm.002.clm2.r.2005-01-01-00000.ncFile is missing: /home/uvi/fa/waccm/mnt/sfs/waccm4-inputfiles/inputdata/atm/waccm/phot/photon_c130710.datFile status unknown: b40.1955-2005.2deg.wcm.002.cam.i.2005-01-01-00000.nc  I have reviewed the cssm_init and only one file is located (b40.1955-2005.2deg.wcm.002.clm2.r.2005-01-01-00000.nc. I searched the other two files in their repositories (https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/)  and I have not found, could you tell me where I can download? Kind regards

Dear Victor,Please note that the B_RCP4.5_WACCM_CN compset is only scientifically validated in CESM1.0, and not in CESM1.1 or CESM1.2. See here:https://www2.cesm.ucar.edu/models/scientifically-supportedIf you wish to publish science with your runs, please switch to the CESM1.0.5 code base. That should give you a namelist with input data files that are all in the repository. Please let us know which code base you are using, so we can be sure to correct these issues for future development. Thanks!

I took a look, and the photon file is here:https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/atm/waccm/phot/photon_c130710.datYou can disregard the other files. When a file has "File status unknown", that means that the scripts can't figure out whether the file should be in your inputdata or not. In most cases, it is not needed, and you can ignore the message.

Victor,You must be working from our development code to have access to that compset. Are you working with someone from NCAR? If you can tell me a little about your research plans, I can help you find the most appropriate model configuration.Cheers,Mike

Hi Mike, Sorry for the delay in responding, my advisor sent you an email with the details of the collaboration with people from NCAR. I made the correction of compset B_1950-2100_CCMI_REFC2_WACCM_MA, and I downloaded the missing files from the repository, but I still missing one that should be specific to this compset therefore not in the repository. The file and the address where it should be:https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/atm/waccm/ic/b40.20th.track1.4deg.wcm.007.cam2.i.1950-01-01-00000_c130319.ncI hope you can tell me where I can download this file to have all the necessary input data. Thanks!

Victor,As I explained in my reply to Juan's email, you will likely encounter problems like this in setting up the model because you are using a version of the code that is not one of our supported releases. Those of us who support posts on the forum do not necessarily have experience with this version of the model, and NCAR does not have the resources to provide general support on the forum for unreleased versions of the model. If you require further assistance setting up the CCMI code, therefore, your best bet is to first contact those at NCAR with whom you are collaborating. My best wishes on your research,Mike
