Hello, when I run I1850Clm50Bgc with CESM2.0, an error
finding minimum distance for pfts
calling set_subgrid_info for pft for input
calling set_subgrid_info for pft for output
calling set_mindist for pft
ERROR initInterp set_mindist: Cannot find any input points matching output point:
subgrid level, index = pft 1
lat, lon = -1.5707963267948966 , 0.0000000000000000
ltype: 1
ctype: 1
ptype: 0
Consider rerunning with the following in user_nl_clm:
init_interp_fill_missing_with_natveg = .true.
However, note that this will fill all missing types in the output
with the closest natural veg column in the input
(using bare soil for patch-level variables).
So, you should consider whether that is what you want.
ENDRUN:
I try to add init_intero_fill_missing_with_natveg=.true. into user_nl_clm ,but it is still the same error. I don not know how to solve it ? Can anyone help me ?
