In my thesis research I came across Frederking's suggestion to the ISO empirical ice growth equation using the number of freezing days (h2− ho2+ γ m (h − ho) = ω S). After perusing the forum and indices, I wanted to confirm that CICE is not using this equation, opting to use thickness distribution?
