Incorrect QBOT forcing data in clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.2014-02.nc

I was running the I2000 compset and found my simulation output was always suspicious in 2014-02. That was why I looked into this.

The path of the file is atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.GSWP3.0.5d.v1.c170516/TPHWL/clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.2014-02.nc
The below graph shows the issue. All other years and months and other variables seem to be okay.





I have bad out the file and re-downloaded a couple of times. The issue persists.
