Initial condition file problem

Hi,

I generated initial condition files by running CAM 3.0 but when I tried to use these initial condition files for new simulation I got an error saying variable PHIS is missing. Is there any way to fix this? Can anybody please tell me what may have caused this?

After investigating the above mentioned problem more deeply I found out that I am not getting all the fields in the generated initial conditions. But according to the manual the model should generate initial condition files with all the mandatory as well as optional fields by default. Can anybody please tell me how to fix this.
