I haven't found anything in your logs.   You could try runnining with DEBUG=TRUE in env_build.xml to see if you get more information (requires rebuilding)

Hi Ying,I've mentioned this to you via email already, but I'll add it to the thread in case others run into this issue. Besides setting SSTICE_DATA_FILENAME and SSTICE_GRID_FILENAME, you also need to set two variables in user_nl_docn: fillalgo = "copy"mapread = [link to an fv0.23x0.31 -> ne120np4 mapping file] I've made a mapping file for your specific case, it's on yellowstone at/glade/p/work/mlevy/codes/mapping_trunk/gen_mapping_files/gen_ESMF_mapping_file/map_fv0.23x0.31_TO_ne120np4_blin.141210.ncI recommend copying that to your own directory and linking from there, from time to time I delete the mapping files I've made.~Mike
