Input data download problem

Hello, after submitting my case, I get the an error that I believe is related to the input data not downloading properly. I checked with UCAR and with my side that neither are blacklisting each other.

When I run ./check_input_data --chksum, it says that I can connect to wget successfully, but then it says

"Client protocol None not enabled"

Am I supposed to change "None" somewhere in config_inputdata.xml and if so, to what?

I get an chksum error that there's a mismatch in one of the data input files.

If you are getting a chksum error then you should delete the file in question and then
try running ./check_input_data --download again.
