Input data on Yellowstone

I am working with the 0.25° CESM, version 1.1 on Yellowstone and when using it out of the box, the build stage stalls because of missing input data. This was data that was available on the default $DIN_LOC_ROOT on Bluefire. Are there any plans to update the input data on Yellowstone to bring it up to par with what was available on Bluefire?

If not, it seems that I can store my own input data on the Yellowstone "work" directory, but at what point should the out of the box scripts be modified to account for this new directory path?

All of the data that was available on bluefire should be on yellowstone, if you find this not to be the case please let us know which date file(s) are missing.

The build script is not able to find these 5 files:

I've put the .0.23x0.31 files on yellowstone. However note that we are recommending and tuning the CAM-SE dycore at ne120 as our high resolution dycore.

I am aware of the switch to SE but are in the middle of ensemble simulations with the FV core so we will have to stick with that.

I've been unable to locate "fracdata_10min_USGS_071205.nc" on yellowstone. I believe this had been in "/fs/cgd/csm/inputdata/lnd/clm2/griddata/" on bluefire. Do you know if it was transferred?

OK, I brought the file over from inputdata repo. I didn't think this was a useful file, nor used for anything. But, it's there now.

We are planning some half degree CAM5 MAM3 simulations and could not find the following file on Yellowstone:cami-mam3_0000-01-01_0.47x0.63_L30_c*.ncIs this file available somewhere else, or could it be added to the repository so we could have access?  Thank you! -Dan
