Internal tide parameterization

I now have roughness estimates for my Arctic and Bering domains, so turning on the internal tide parameterization is now an option. Trying it out, I seem to be messing with the land mask in unexpected ways. In the Arctic, I am now getting output for the Sea of Okhotsk, something I thought I had masked out. I'm not sure, but I believe the model is now blowing up there (it has extreme tides).

Never mind, I know what's going on. The new bathymetry is not zero inside the land mask. I didn't realize that MOM6 depends on bathymetry being zero inside the land mask - it doesn't check the ocean_mask.nc file at all.
