Can the model diagnostics be run on non-CESM supported machines?

The lnd_diag4.2 version of the land diagnostics package was incorporated into the CESM postprocessing tool some time ago. However, the CESM postprocessing tool has not been officially supported for a while now and it currently doesn't work on derecho or casper, although there are some efforts to get it working on casper. I don't have any knowledge of it being installed on other machines.
