lat-lon error of CLM's history file in cesm1.2.1

hi,all! i have a problem with lat-lon error of CLM's history file  in cesm1.2.1. i also found some difference,when i compared domain file provied by the model,like 1*1_brazil and the domain file created by the gen_domain tools, which shows different sequence of the xv and yv field：domain created by gen_domain tools xv =  128.046, 128.046, 128.146, 128.146 ; yv =  42.353, 42.453, 42.453, 42.353 ;domain provied by model ,1*1-brazil xv =  304, 306, 306, 304 ;  yv =  -8, -8, -6, -6 ;obviously, the sequence of xv and yv was filpped between two domain files. why did this difference appear? did it affect the output history file?
