Hi,
I'm trying to run the SOM version of CCSM4 at 1 degree resolution - fv09_g16 - on bluefire. The default configuration of the env_mach_pes.xml file selects 128 tasks and 1 thread for each model component. This setup gives me just 0.7 simulated years/day. Is this way too low or about right?
I could have sworn I got 10 years/day for the fully coupled CCSM3 at T85 resolution. Can anyone help with this issue? Or should I post in another forum?
