Map the CLM output

Hi,

I am wondering whether the CLM tool cluster provides any mask to map the output, like the mask of the Amazon or the boreal forest.

I do not think so at this time; however, soon you will be able to run the new "cupid" diagnostic package directly from a ctsm checkout. This will include regional plots for the Amazon and the boreal forest:
