I want to run CCSM3 with different topography data.
Using SCRIP, I had created both conservative and bilinear mappings between atm and ocn.
But I don't know how to make a conservative mapping from river to ocn,
because SCRIP conservative mapping do not guarantee the conservation of river to ocean flux.

Please let me know how to create the conservative mapping from river to ocn.
